I was very pleased with Shea he made my process fast and easy and answered all my questions. I was concerned about your business due to my previous insurance agency I was with them for a few years and i was so upset to lose them but I left because they told me they werent doing full coverage anymore because of my address and the agency was in houston. So shea helped me and yes I was able to get full coverage on 2 of my vehicle so didn't make sense why with the other agency I couldn't . So 5 stars to him and thank you again

I switched to Porter from a national carrier. I've received nothing but 5-star service since I switched. The price was slightly more, but I've easily made that up with reduced hassles and a far better experience. Deborah handles my commercial insurance policy. Unlike my previous company, Deborah answers every call. And gets me an answer within minutes. I strongly recommend Porter Insurance !

I currently was with Allstate for years. After further shopping for lower cost but still quality insurance I ended up forwarding my cash to New Caney Insurance, which includes a sweet deal for 3 vehicles and soon to add my home owners policy. Best rates here folks and believe me I'm a frugal person yet yield to Nothing but the best for my dollar. Check them out is my recommendation, I've saved over $220 a month with my 3 vehicles.

Don't ever judge a book by its cover. Their offices may be small and unassuming but boy do they make a major impact. Friendly, assuring, kind, honest and down home courteous.
